You never need to return the product
If your refund request is approved, keep the item or discard it. There is no return address, no return shipping cost, and no restocking fee under this policy.

Refund processing
Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically appears on your statement within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. It will appear under the name MEGIR Watches.
There are currently no categories of products excluded from this policy.
Order cancellations
Want to cancel before your order ships? Email us as soon as possible at contact@usemegir.com. Once an order has shipped, it's handled under the refund process above rather than as a cancellation.
Right of withdrawal — European Union
If you're a consumer located in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). Tell us your decision by a clear statement — a letter or an email to contact@usemegir.com — before the period expires. As with every refund under this policy, you do not need to send the product back. Once accepted, we reimburse all payments, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed, using your original payment method.
