RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Megir Watches (operated by MADAME ANA NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LLC) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refund requests are handled and does not require you to send any product back to us.

ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

You may request a refund within 30 days counted from the date your order is delivered. A refund request is eligible when any of the following applies:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was not delivered within the maximum delivery timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

  • You are dissatisfied with the product and report this within the 30 day period, together with a photo of the item.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact our support team at contact@usemegir.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and, where applicable, a photo of the product. Our team will review your request and respond with a decision.

NO PHYSICAL RETURN REQUIRED

You are not required to send the product back to us. If your refund request is approved, you may discard the item or keep it. There is no return address, no return shipping cost, and no restocking fee associated with any refund under this policy.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 10 business days of approval, depending on the processing times of your bank or card issuer. The refund will appear on your statement under the name MEGIR Watches.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

There are currently no categories of products excluded from this policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at contact@usemegir.com. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the refund process described above rather than as a cancellation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email to contact@usemegir.com, before the withdrawal period expires. As with all refund requests under this policy, you are not required to send the physical product back to us. Once your withdrawal is accepted, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG FUER KUNDEN IN DEUTSCHLAND

Wenn Sie Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland sind, haben Sie das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gruenden diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist betraegt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Befoerderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben.

Sie koennen dafuer das nachfolgende Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Eine Rueckversendung der Ware ist nicht erforderlich. Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzueglich und spaetestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurueckzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung ueber Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Fuer diese Rueckzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der urspruenglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.
